Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you would like to make any changes, please contact the customer service team as soon as possible by email. If your order has already been started then unfortunately you will not be able to amend or cancel your order.

Did my order go through?

An order confirmation is sent to your email within 4 hours of the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact our support team and we’ll sort it out.

How do I find the right size?

There is a size chart on each garment with body measurements.  If in any doubt, we recommend, but cannot instruct, that you order one size larger than you think you need.

Will the garment colour match what I see on my screen

Every monitor is different and it is impossible for us to accurately show the colours of our products so the colours you see on your screen are an approximation of colour only.  The product colour may well differ slightly from the screen view.  This is common across all clothing websites and not unique to us.


Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid email address and contact details in the checkout process.

How do I use a voucher code?

If you’ve received a voucher code for the online shop, it is filled in at the checkout process of your purchase. Simply write the code in the field in the checkout, and the total amount of your order will recalculate. It will be clearly stated what amount the voucher is before you continue to the payment step.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept online card payments via PayPal, the most trusted payment platform in the world.

What currencies do I pay with?

The currency used is British Pound (GBP). VAT is included in all our prices and will be based on the current UK rate.


What is your returns policy?

As we make items to order, we cannot unfortunately accept returns unless the goods are either faulty or not as ordered.  Please contact support if either of these cases are true.


Can I track my order?

No, we unfortunately do not offer tracking on our shipping to keep prices to you to a minimum.

Yes, we ship world-wide!

When do I receive my order?

We dispatch all orders in 1-4 days on working days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.  We ship via Royal Mail first class which usually means next day but can take up to a week at times.
